WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A MEMBER?

Core Principles

All members are expected to uphold the following principles:

Integrity: Act honestly and transparently at all times
Accountability: Take responsibility for actions and decisions
Community Care: Prioritize safety, dignity, and respect
Non-Exploitation: Do not use Fuerza Triad for personal, political, or financial gain
Collective Responsibility: Act in ways that strengthen trust and solidarity

Representation & Authority

Members may not speak on behalf of Fuerza Triad or represent its positions unless explicitly authorized.
Fuerza Triad may not be represented as a nonprofit, charity, political entity, or fundraising organization.
Members may not exaggerate roles, authority, or titles.

Lawful & Nonviolent Conduct

All Fuerza Triad activities must remain nonviolent.
Members must follow safety protocols, de-escalation practices, and lawful boundaries.
Physical confrontations, threats, harassment, or reckless behavior are prohibited.
Members may not interfere with law enforcement activities or present themselves as legal authorities.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Members must protect personal, sensitive, or identifying information shared within Fuerza Triad.
Information regarding individuals, families, or situations may not be shared without consent.
Photos, recordings, or documentation may only be taken or shared with authorization.

Misrepresentation, Fraud & Unauthorized Activity

Any member who:

Solicits money or materials outside authorized channels
Creates or shares unauthorized donation links, wish lists, or fundraisers
Uses the Fuerza Triad name, platform, or resources for personal or external agendas

Is acting without authorization and in violation of this Code of Conduct.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Member Code of Conduct may result in:

Immediate removal from Fuerza Triad membership or activities
Revocation of access to communication channels
Public clarification of disassociation
Referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities when applicable

Fuerza Triad reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect the organization and community.

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

This Member Code of Conduct establishes clear expectations for behavior, representation, and accountability for all members of Fuerza Triad. Our work depends on trust, discipline, and collective responsibility. This code exists to protect the integrity of the organization and the safety of the communities we serve.

Scope & Applicability

This Member Code of Conduct applies to all individuals affiliated with Fuerza Triad, including but not limited to:

Members
Volunteers
Organizers
Coordinators
Collaborators
Partners or individuals acting in any official or informal capacity

Membership or participation in Fuerza Triad constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to this Code of Conduct.

Financial Conduct & Zero-Money Policy

Members are strictly prohibited from requesting, collecting, managing, or handling money on behalf of Fuerza Triad.
Fuerza Triad does not accept monetary donations in any form.
The only authorized support is in-kind contributions through the official Amazon Wish List.
Any violation of this section constitutes serious misconduct.

Legal Boundaries

Fuerza Triad is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Members may not provide legal guidance unless properly licensed and explicitly authorized.
Members may share Know Your Rights materials for educational purposes only, without interpretation or advice.

Respect, Inclusion & Conduct

Fuerza Triad maintains zero tolerance for:
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination
Abusive, coercive, or retaliatory behavior
Hate speech or targeting based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or immigration status
Members are expected to treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
This is a Non-compete environment.

Acknowledgment

By participating as a member of Fuerza Triad, individuals acknowledge that they:

Have read and understand this Member Code of Conduct
Agree to abide by its terms
Understand that violations may result in immediate removal and further action
