WHO ARE WE?
Fuerza Triad is a grassroots, community-powered collective rooted in the Triad region of North Carolina, built to protect, inform, and uplift our people through solidarity, education, and action.
Fuerza was born from a calling to action by local community members—a moment when neighbors, families, and organizers came together in response to fear, uncertainty, and the need to stand for one another. That call took physical form during a 12 hour community protest (11/20/25) on the corner of Old Lexington Road and Sprague Street, where we stood in solidarity, in unity, courage, and love for our people-- As well as Holden Rd. and Gate City Blvd.
From that gathering emerged something lasting: a commitment to organize, to prepare, and to ensure our communities would never have to face harm, misinformation, or isolation alone. We saw a need and answered the call.
We formed in response to a simple truth: our communities deserve safety, dignity, and access to accurate information—especially in moments of crisis. Fuerza Triad exists to bridge the gap between community members, legal resources, organizers, faith leaders, and mutual aid networks so no one is left isolated or uninformed. Our work centers on immigrant and working-class communities, but our vision is broader: a Triad where families are supported, rights are respected, and neighbors look out for one another. We believe preparedness is not panic, organization is essential, and community defense can be responsible and lawful.
Through coordination, education, canvassing, and rapid communication, Fuerza Triad connects people to trusted resources, shares verified information, and creates pathways for collective response when our community needs it most. We prioritize collaboration over ego, accuracy over rumors, and humanity over politics.
Fuerza Triad is not a single leader or organization—it is a network.
