Our volunteers are neighbors, parents, students, workers, organizers, and elders who believe that
community safety, dignity, and care are not optional—they are essential.
Volunteering with Fuerza Triad is not about titles or recognition.
Volunteering is about collective responsibility,
connecting people with mutual aid, and standing alongside our community in moments that matter.
Who Can Volunteer ?
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and lived experiences.
You do not need prior organizing experience—just a willingness to learn, act responsibly, and work in solidarity.
Volunteers must:

Follow safety guidelines and legal boundaries

Act with integrity, compassion, and accountability
Ways to Get Involved
Volunteers may support Fuerza Triad in a variety of roles, including:
Community Outreach & Canvassing
Sharing information, resources, and updates directly with the community
Know Your Rights Education
Assisting with distribution of legal education materials and helping families access trusted resources
Protests & Public Actions
Supporting peaceful demonstrations, safety coordination, and crowd care
Rapid Response Support
Assisting with on-the-ground logistics, communication, and documentation during community alerts
Mutual Aid Support & Resource Distribution
Connecting individuals and families with food banks, shelters, legal resources, and support networks
Behind-the-Scenes Support
Administrative help, translation, data organization, and logistics coordination
Volunteer Expectations & Safety
Fuerza Triad prioritizes the safety of volunteers and community members.
Volunteers are expected to:

Participate in orientations or brief trainings when required

Follow established protocols during actions or outreach

Avoid confrontations with law enforcement or enforcement agencies

Never provide legal advice unless licensed to do so

Uphold non-discrimination and respect at all times

Volunteers act as representatives of Fuerza Triad and are

expected to model calm, responsible, and respectful behavior.
